BLS CPR: The AHA’s BLS Course provides the foundation for saving lives from cardiac arrest. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics. This class is for the professional rescuer.
HeartSaver CPR: The AHA's Heartsaver CPR AED Course is a classroom, Instructor-led course designed to prepare students to provide CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) use in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
HeartSaver CPR & First Aid: This course combines the Heartsaver CPR AED course with a full First Aid course which includes Medical, Trauma, and Environmental situations.
HeartSaver Pediatric First Aid & CPR AED: The Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED Course is designed to meet the regulatory requirements for child care workers in all 50 U.S. states. It teaches child care providers and others to respond to illnesses and injuries in a child or infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives.The course covers child/infant CPR, child/infant AED, child/infant choking, and pediatric first aid. Adult modules in CPR, AED and choking are optional.
Friends & Family CPR: The AHA’s Family & Friends® CPR Course a video-based, classroom course intended for anyone who wants to learn CPR and prefers to learn in an Instructor-led or facilitated group environment. This course is for people who do not need a course completion card for a job or other requirements. Family & Friends CPR is ideal for community groups, parents, grandparents, caregivers, schools and students, and others interested in learning how to save a life.
Pet CPR & First Aid: Pets are an important part of many families, and now is the perfect time to ensure you have the skills to take care of your furry family member. This Red Cross class will teach you CPR, First Aid and Emergency Preparedness for your animals.
Emergency Preparedness for Families: This is a half day course designed to prepare you, your family, and your home for emergency situations. You will be instructed in CPR, First Aid, AED, plus the instructor will help you locate potential hazards in your home, set up evacuation routes, and meeting places in case of earthquake or other disasters. Tailored specifically to the needs of your family or neighborhood.
Babysitter Basics: Designed primarily for youth ages 11 and older, this course will prepare student to be better babysitters. Topics include how to provide care for infants and children; how to stay safe; what to do in an emergency; how to choose age-appropriate activities; and how to recognize and handle a variety of behaviors. Students will also learn the basics of starting a babysitting business.
Emergency Response Training
